In close cooperation with involved migrant organizations in Dortmund and surroundings workshops for multipliers will be conducted.

Topics of the workshop are the following ones:

-          Project application (if necessary also in the EU context)

-          Brainstorming

-          Concept Development

-          Fundraising

-          Implementation of projects/responsible project staff in the associations

-          Position honorary office

-          Project management

-          Billing

-          Public relations

-          Evaluation

The aim of the training is to give the migrant organizations the possibility to file an application by giving them information and tools with concrete examples and practical “learning by doing” skills. Through small steps the (mostly) honorary members should be able to apply for and carry out their own measures professionally. The aim is that the migrant organizations have created a small project application at the end of the training. 

The project is funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees, following a decision of the Bundestag.
